LIG Defense & Aerospace hợp tác với Airbus phát triển máy bay không người lái thế hệ mới

Ngày 21 tháng 7, tại triển lãm hàng không quốc tế Farnborough ở Anh, công ty quốc phòng Hàn Quốc LIG Defense & Aerospace (D&A) thông báo đã ký kết một bản ghi nhớ hợp tác với công ty Airbus Helicopters của châu Âu nhằm phát triển các công nghệ máy bay không người lái (UAS) thế hệ mới.

This partnership targets the development of multi-role unmanned aerial solutions by integrating the latest advances from both parties. Airbus will provide its state-of-the-art UAS platforms, while LIG D&A will contribute cutting-edge sensor and weapon systems, aiming to enhance roles in intelligence gathering, surveillance and reconnaissance, as well as antisubmarine warfare capabilities.

The signed agreement also paves the way for joint exploration of artificial intelligence applications within unmanned aircraft systems and their ground control stations. The goal is to improve mission endurance and operational efficiency, enabling these aerial platforms to carry out longer and more complex missions with greater autonomy and precision.
